cgi

Hi,

I am new to web design, but would like to be able to send emails from my
site, similar to “recommend this page to a friend” kind of script. I have
some cgi script to do this, but don't know how to get cgi capabilities on
my site, ie a cgi bin. Could you please let me know how to set this up.

I can not take the job to write here a whole tutorial. Read some tutorial
on CGI programming and read the documentation of the web server.
